Address and Shipment Concerns

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for errors in the shipping address. We encourage careful review of shipping details upon order placement.
  • Rejection by Recipient: Packages rejected by recipients will be returned and disposed of appropriately.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed packages will be returned and disposed of. Tracking and receipt arrangements are crucial to avoid this situation.
